Homeowner was looking for a guest bathroom closer to his shop without the bare interior looks of his shop and needed it to double as a spare shower and laundry room for overnight guests in the neighboring mobile home. I advised that framing be done with 2x6 to allow for a higher insulation R-value, and therefore less energy spent cooling the structure in the summer and heating it up on cold winter mornings.
